Through hundreds of iterations in peptide solid-phase synthesis and freeze-drying experiments, UTop Pharma’s researchers successfully:
Optimized peptide chain synthesis efficiency by introducing a proprietary coupling agent system that significantly improved the yield of long-chain peptides;
Stabilized lyophilization processes by developing a custom cryoprotectant formulation that preserved peptide structural integrity and reduced degradation under freezing conditions.
After months of continuous testing and validation, the first batch of Oligopeptide-1 lyophilized intermediates was officially rolled off the production line, passing comprehensive quality inspections and demonstrating stable biological activity and purity levels comparable to imported products.
